If I could give living here 0 stars I would. If you like constant gnats, roaches, and beetles while staying at a “luxury” apartment this will be the apartment for you. If you also like terrible new management who wrongfully try to file eviction on you when they make you sign 2 leases due to a “system” error and now are charging you legal fees and messing up your rental history, this is the place for you. If you like dealing with rude and entitled management staff that constantly talk over you, LIE, and call you aggressive like Gisela welcome to your new home. If you like your rent raising up by $300 this is the apartment for you. I will NEVER recommend anyone to move here. Constant road noises and loud music from new bar due windows not being fully sealed, the list goes on… Old management was 10x better, the upkeep of this apartment now is terrible. I’ve attached pictures of the roaches in the lights, and me having to attach tape to the window to stop gnats from coming in. There’s soooo many better REAL luxury apartments in midtown this is not it.

Sad to live this place. I moved here 5 months ago and my husband has been living here for the last 5 years. Best place in terms of safety!!! 10/10! The amenities, management team, everything is good. The only con is the neighbours. Most of them are loud and poorly educated. Kind of gueto but I'd assume that's the people who wants to live in midtown anyways. That's why we're moving to another area. I however recommend this place!

We moved here in the fall and it has been absolutely amazing! First off let me just start by saying that Michael is amazing! He is always very communicative, professional, and so helpful. We have felt so welcome and supported here because of Michael. He is what makes this apartment community and keeps things coordinated and running smoothly! My 3 year old son loves Michael... We also love all the other staff here! I can't say enough about Precious, Stephanie, and Michaela. They all helped me to move in and feel so at home here. They are really nice to my son. They are also always so smiley, friendly, and fashionable! Best dressed staff in all of Houston! We love Pearl @ Mix!!! <3

Moved in with my partner October 2021 and have loved every second of it. The amenities are always clean and well taken care of. The location is great as you have many bars, restaurants and parks within a waking distance. The staff is amazing but Michael deserves a special shout out! Michael has always goes above and beyond to help out the residents and make everyone feel at home.

The best customer service of any apartment complex in the history of apartments. The concierge, Michael, is the best and one of the main reasons I renewed my lease. Did I mention they have a concierge that stays after the office closes. Everyone I've spoken with in the office has always been genuinely friendly and helpful. It's a little pricy, but it's totally worth it. Excellent clientele, great location - I can walk to the grocery store and a couple bars. Fun pool and huge gym.

I’ve been living here for about 6 months now and overall I’ve had a very pleasant experience. The in-home amenities are great, including a modern kitchen, like-new washer/dryer, and plenty of storage space. The staff have been super friendly and the maintenance staff are awesome - I usually have my maintenance requests fixed within a two days or less. My one complaint would probably be the noise traveling through hallways and walls, but compared to other apartment buildings overall I think Pearl is fairly solid. I do think there should be a more effective way to report noise complaints, but other than that everything has been great. Awesome location walking distance to parks, restaurants, and plenty of bars.
